School Report Week 6
Dear Karen,
All is well at school.
The adult classes have started and we are just waiting for funds to purchase the teaching and learning materials.
We were monitored by the Ministry education zonal team. I am glad to inform you that our teachers have continued performing above average and the team was impressed with our teacher’s performance.
Was at the District Education Office compiling 7th graders data concerning national exams.
All the students received treated mosquito bed nets. Hoping to have a reduction in malarial cases. Thanks once more for the donation to our wonderful kids and staff.
Attendance
Grade 1
Total is 30, 13 boys and 17 girls. Average attendance is 26. Illnesses: Lewis has malaria and is on treatment and Mwelwa has sores.
Grade 2
Total is 30, 13 boys and 17 girls. Average attendance is 28.
Grade 3
Total is 30, 16 boys and 14 girls. Average attendance is 28. Illness: Michael has a fever.
Grade 4
Total is 27, 16 boys and 11 girls. Average attendance is 22. Illnesses: Aaron and Dennis have malaria.
Grade 5
Total is 33, 13 boys and 20 girls. Average attendance is 28
Grade 6
Total is 27, 19 boys and 12 girls. Average attendance is 27.
Grade 7
Total is 26, 15 boys and 11 girls. Average attendance is 25.
