Medical Care

Each year, OMNI offers a comprehensive mobile medical clinic to the surrounding regions of Ndola, Zambia.

OMNI trains medical teams to provide comprehensive care to 3,000 – 4,000 patients. There is a continuity of care with medical charts on each patient, and OMNI tracks the diseases in each town. Although we see improving conditions in some patients thanks to OMNI, the need for medical care is great and the situation is dire. HIV and malaria have ravaged entire generations.

Doctor
At the annual, mobile medical clinic, each patient is greeted at triage and then sent to a doctor if needed.

Wound Care
Severe wounds are treated and checked for infection.

Medical Care
Medicine brought from the United States is dispensed at the mobile pharmacy, or, if the patient is too sick, OMNI travels into the bush for a home visit.
