Dear Madam,

WELFARE OF STAFF
Is reported to be fair for staff members together with their families and no illness was reported this week.

SCHOOL
The site is being managed very well and we have continued with the school feeding program and learning is taking place successfully. Students are reported to be in good health and no serious concerns were reported.

EXCHANGE RATE
The Kwatcha is now trading at K 10.6241 buying and K 10.8259 selling against the US dollar.

CURRENT AFFAIRS
Ndola and the rest of Zambia is reported to safe and sound with the political activates and no concerning matters have been reported. The environment is good enough for OMNI to conduct mobile clinics to all its sites.

HPCZ received the signed document by Henry and further advised that he should sign a form for each doctor and no have all the names listed on one form.
Medical Regulatory authorities approved the OMNI 2016 Meds inventory.

BUILDINGS
The current status of Classroom block #1 is that the contractor is on wall and floor finishing whereas classroom block # 2 the contractor is installing the roof.

GENERAL ACTIVITIES
There was no much activities at the site this week except for the normal working programs. General work performance of staff members is appropriate and very supportive in the operations of the organization in achieving her goals and objective.

. We are all busy on the ground preparing for your coming in July, with the school garden active as we currently have tomatoes which is likely to be ready for use by the end of this month and vegetables still at nursery. We recorded an average maize harvest this year at OMNI School and this was due to luck of a good rainfall. We managed to order layers at Don’s shop and will be delivered on July 28, 2016. The goats are also doing fine and growing in number to 6 so far.

TRANSPORT
Both the canter and Hilux are in good condition and serviceable.

VITAL INSTALLATIONS
Have been checked and all are intact.
