First Garden Harvest
GARDEN REPORT
We have already harvested our first food items from the garden. We are very happy that we have already produced a harvest and know in future it will help the operation of OMNI very much. We hope to expand the garden in the very near future to have more variety and quantities of vegetables and fruits.
We hope to supplement the nutrition of the students greatly with the garden. We currently have about 1,000 tomato plants, 800 heads of cabbage, chines cabbage etc. This will allow us not only to feed the children but also to bring profit that will allow us to buy more seeds. This project will be self sustaining by the third term.
