WEEKLY REPORT FOR WEEK ENDING 24TH MAY 2013

SCHOOL
School attendance this week as greatly improved.

Grade 7 all the students reported for classes this week and health wise with only lwipa is reported sick at home.

Grade 6 two are still missing that is Jane and Grace has not reported back to school the least are all doing fine health wise.

Grade 5 all have reported back to school and health wise only Chembe is reported sick.

Grade 4 all have reported accept for James who is still out to Chingola and Ester was vomiting at the site and was taken to the clinic by the Krauses and Violet where she received treatment, the least are reported good and health.

Grade 3 two are still missing Belita and Precious have not yet reported back to school with Gloria is reported sick.

As for the Grades 1 and 2 all are reported present and heath wise very good.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
Yesterday, we had a meeting with the parents were we informed them about the absenteeism policy. Effectively from today the 24th May 2013 students who will be found wanting with be dealt with according to what the policy states.

WELFARE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS
Welfare of the staff members is reported good except for Mrs Krause is was reported sick but managed to come for work. And myself I was not feeling too well on Tuesday and The Director gave me a day off on Wednesday and for that am so grateful.

HOME SUPPORT PROGRAM
The director Mr Krause took some food staff to Ruth’s house.

FARMING
We have continued to feed our children with vegetables from our garden and this project is doing very fine.

VITAL INSTALLATIONS
There are all intact and the ablution block as being worked on. Africa drilling company successful managed drill the borehole.
