Week 9 Report

Dear Karen,

We have four more weeks before school goes on recess. All school programs have continued going on very well. Students are looking forward  to writing their end of term assessments.

We have recorded an improvement on the general attendance as compared to last week.

G1
The average attendance is 27 out of 30.
They are responding so well to the new curriculum such that they able to blend simple syllables.

G2
The average attendance is 28 out of 32 and only 1 girl, Christine has malaria and is on treatment.

G3
24 out of 33 is the average attendance. No one was reported sick but the attendance was poor. Followups are being made.

G4
25 out of 28 is the average attendance. Gloria has a headache.

G5
The average attendance is 27 out of 31 and Theresa has some rash.

G6
The average attendance is 24 out of 26, no illness was recorded.

G7
The average attendance is 22 out of 23. The 7th grader’s attendance is excellent.

All the teachers are doing well in their duties.
