Week 9 Report
Dear Karen,
The school programs are going on very well. We are almost winding up with the purchase of the books. I am tabulating the list of the books alongside the prices. As soon as am done I’ll send the list to you.
Attendance
Grade 1
The total number of students is 30 of which 13 boys and 17 girls. Average attendance is 27. Illnesses: Jennipher has a headache, Timothy has a headache and stomachache.
Grade 2
Total is 30, 14 boys and 16 girls. Average attendance is 27.
Grade 3
Total is 28, 10 girls and 18 boys. Average attendance is 22. Illnesses: Thomas has malaria, Dennis has a swollen hand and Mwaka Aaron has a fever.
Grade 4
Total is 32, 20 girls and 12 boys. Average attendance is 30.
Grade 5
Total is 31, 14 girls and 17 boys. Average attendance is 23. Illnesses: Rebecca has sore throat, Phiri has malaria and Frank has sores.
Grade 6
Total is 29, 17 boys and 12 girls. Average attendance is 26.
Grade 7
Total is 24, 12 boys and 12 girls. Average attendance is 22.
All teachers are doing great. Attached are the photos of the books.
It was a good experience having a Skype program with you. The students were very happy to talk to you.
