Week 4 Report
Dear Karen,
All is well at school. The water issue has been rectified, however, the buckets will be needed in case the water problem reoccur again.
FOOD STUFFS
We received the following foodstuffs on Monday, 28/5/12 to see us through 11/6/12.
1- 10 bags of mealie meal
2- 12 gallons of kapenta
3- 8 gallons of beans
4- 30 kg buka fish
5- 25kg powdered milk
6- 30 litres cooking oil
7- 5 sacks of soya chunks
8- 40 bars of laundry soap
9- 4litres orange juice
10- 10kg salt
11- tomatoes,veges and onions
12- 5 packets of dish paste
ILLNESSES/INJURIES
A student has a swollen ankle that she injured herself, and she is staying at home.
Dominic is still in bed at home, feeling much better.
ATTENDANCE/ABSENTEEISM
Most pupils have reported for the second term.
Charles Samukonga is in the states for some state fairs in Art. He is an artist in Banana leaf art.
Goodson, Innocent and Nkandu don’t want school. I’ve tried my best to have back in school but my effort has been in vain.
Luka has moved to another place on parental request. He has been enrolled there.
Mary and Moddy have moved to a place near Chisapa. Their parents divorced, so the mother decided to go with her girls.
REPLACEMENTS
I write to inform you that I want to make replacements for the vacancies created by the pupils named above.
DELIVERIES
Oswald bought us 8 boxes of chalk.
