Week 11 Report

Dear Karen,

The school calendar has entered week 11, 2 more weeks to go before school goes on recess.

We were doing revision work with the students in preparation for the end of first term’s assessments.

As a school, we’ve had a very tight schedule for continuous assessments. Am glad with the continuous assessment program, its really keeping both the students and teachers very busy with academic work. Both student and teacher performance is improving.

Attendance

Grade 1
Total is 30, 13 boys and 17 girls. Average attendance is 29. Illnesses: Alice has malaria.

Grade 2
Total is 30, 14 boys and 16 girls. Average attendance is 28. Illnesses: Beatrice and Martha have headaches.

Grade 3
Total is 28, 18 boys and 10 girls. Average attendance is 26.

Grade 4
Total is 32, 12 boys and 20 girls. Average attendance is 31.

Grade 5
Total is 31, 17 boys and 14 girls. Average attendance is 26.

Grade 6
Total is 29, 17 boys and 12 girls. Average attendance is 28.

Grade 7
Total is 24. 12 boys and 12 girls. Average attendance is 22.

All is going on very well. Next week, we’ll start end of term 1 assessments.
