Week 1 School Report 2016
Dear Karen,
School opened on Monday 11th of January 2016 and will run for 13 weeks before breaking for another recess in April.
We have started on a very good note; all students had received Christmas gifts: foodstuffs. We thank all people for the timely donation to feed all the families. Thank again to St. John’s Lutheran church for the shoe donation.
Attendance
Grade 1
Total is 30, 13 boys and 17 girls respectively. Average attendance was 28.
Grade 2
Total is 29, 12 girls and 17 boys. Average attendance is 21.
Grade 3
Total is 30, 16 boys and 14 girls. Average attendance is 23.
Grade 4
Total is 27, 16 boys and 11 girls respectively. Average attendance was 17.
Grade 5
Total is 33, 13 boys and 20 girls. Average attendance was 26.
Grade 6
Total is 31, 19 boys and 12 girls. Average attendance was 20. Machai has malaria and is on treatment.
Grade 7
Total is 26, 15 boys and 11 girls respectively. Average attendance was 21.
We currently have 206 students of which 104 are boys and 102 are girls respectively.
