School Report
Dear Karen,
The school programs are going on very well. Students have started trainings in various sports disciplines in readiness for the big competition on 5th July. We have divided the students into 2 groups which will be competing next month.
ATTENDANCE
The attendance has continued to improve each day. Some grades have started recording 100% attendance.
ILLNESSES
Grade 1
Felistas has been discharged from hospital and she is doing much better though she has not yet started to attend classes.
Christine a 1st grade has malaria, her mother took her to the clinic.
Grade 5
Lameck
Grade 6
Alice and Ruth have rash.
Students from North rise university have been coming to help our children.
NEW TEACHER
We will have teacher interviews on Monday 17th at 8am. The successful teacher will have to report for orientation on Monday 24th June and be with the medical team next month for the clinics.
SWEATERS
We are only remaining with a few sweaters to be collected from the embroidery shop.
The teachers are doing very well in their duties.
