Dear Madam,

Welfare of staff members
General work performance of all staff members is appropriate and very supportive in the operations of the organization in achieving her goals and objectives.

OMNI Site
The situation here at the site is normal and there was not much activity this week.

I contacted Andmeck concerning the clearance of the meds and said that confirmation will on Monday 8th June 2015. I stopped by Kaps lodge to double check if all is well according the omni booking and I met the proprietor who confirmed that all is good and can’t wait to welcome the team.

Construction of Charles Kangugu’s new house is progressing well. We completed digging of the foundation, footing and we soon beginning to burn the bricks that we made with our brick makers that we purposed last November during the business trip.

The chickens, vegetable garden and goats. The chickens have continued to supply eggs to the school.

Transport
The canter is a good condition and serviceable while the Hilux will need to serviced and purchase new tires which will coming up in the June 2015 budget.

Vital Installations
All have been checked and not all are intact. The ablution block for MHEW for both boys and girls needs maintenance at an estimated cost of K 2000 which includes material and labor cost. This will be put in the June budget once approved.
