REF: WEEKLY REPORT

Reference is made from the above mentioned subject matter; I have to report to you that:

School
Grade 1
Total number of students is 30 with 14 boys and 16 girls. Average attendance for this week is 27 about 90%. All students are in good health and no one was reported sick.

Grade 2
Total number of students is 32 with 20 boys and 12 girls. Average attendance for this week is 26 about 82%. No sickness was recorded.

Grade 3
Total number of students is 33 with 13 boys and 20 girls. Average attendance for this week is 28 about 85%.
The following students are reported sick, Blessings has a fever suspected malaria, Sabani suffering from an headache, Cryness suspected Malaria and Priscovia Chanda has malaria all the above mentioned students are receiving treatment.

Grade 4
Total number of students is 28 with 16 boys and 12 girls. Average attendance for this week is 25 about 89%. Mirrium was reported sick suffering from an headache and she is receiving treatment.

Grade 5
Total number of students is 31 with 18 boys and 13 girls. Average attendance for this week is 26 about 85%. No sick was recorded from this class.

Grade 6
Total number of students is 26 with 13 boys and 13 girls. Average attendance for this week is 23 about 88%. James has sores on this throat.

Grade 7
Total number of students is 23 with 12 boys and 11 girls. Average attendance for this week is 21 about 90%. No sickness was recorded this week.

We managed to purchase the 220 mosquito nets at the cost of K 9700 and were distributed to all the students and members of staff. We are all so grateful for this gift, am positively sure that this will reduce the reports of malaria sickness at our school.

We managed to complete the water tank stand project at a total cost of K 26500.quotations of running the water pipes from the bore hole stand to the main gate will be send to you soon. We are thankful for this provision as it will greatly benefit the school and the community at large.

FARMING PROJECT/CHICKEN HOUSE

The maize and the chickens are doing very fine and are likely to start production very soon. More updates to follow.

SCHOOL LAB
The material needed to improve security has been purchased and commencement of this project will be next week.

GARAGE
The painting of the garage is almost done and wanted to find out from you the colour of the gate that you would prefer to be painted.

TRANSPORT
Both the canter and Hilux are in very good condition and serviceable.

VITAL INSTALLATION
ALL have been seen and are intact. The windows will be fixed soon more to follow soon.
