REF: WEEKLY REPORT
Reference is made from the above mentioned subject matter; I have to report to you that:
School
Grade 1
Total number of students is 30 with 14 boys and 16 girls. On average attendance for this week are 25 about 83% reported to school with only one reported sick Richard suffering from malaria and receiving treatment.
Grade 2
Total number of students is 32 with 20 boys and 12 girls. On average attendance this week is 23 about 72% no sickness was recorded.
Grade 3
Total number of students is 33 with 13 boys and 20 girls. Average attendance this week is 28 about 85% with two reported sick that is Evelyn and Moses both suffering from malaria and receiving treatment.
Grade 4
Total number of students is 28 with 16 boys and 12 girls. Average attendance 22 about 78%. No sickness was reported.
Grade 5
Total number of students is 31 with 18 boys and 13 girls. Average attendance is 22 about 71 % with two reported sick that is Pauline suffering from headache and she is on treatment.
Grade 6
Total number of students is 26 with 13 boys and 13 girls. Average attendance is 22 about 85% no sickness reported.
Grade 7
Total number of students is 23 with 12 boys and 11 girls. Average attendance is 20 about 87% with two reported sick that is Josephine and Charles both with malaria and are on treatment.
WELFARE OF STAFF MEMBERS
Welfare of all staff members is reported very fair with no sickness reported.
The general work performance of staff members is very appropriate and supportive towards achieving organisational goals.
I have to recommend the following for hard work that is Teddy, Paul, Richard and I, we worked so tirelessly when we received a call from cedric’s farm to go and pick the chickens this morning the 14th feb, 2014 and not as earlier communicated to pick them on the 18th feb, 2014 this forced us to work until 21:30 hrs in the evenings and left for cedric’s farm at 05:00hrs this morning.
FARMING PROJECT/CHICKEN HOUSE
The school garden continues to provide for the students and staff members, and the maize project is doing very fine and all the plaints are in good health. I am very happy to inform you that we have the 100 chickens at the site. Find attached pictures to show this progress.
GARAGE
The painting of the garage will commence very soon as all constructions have been completed more updates to follow soon.
TRANSPORT
Both the canter and Hilux are in very good condition and serviceable. We were stopped by traffic police officers on our way from cedric’s farm for the reason of finished tyres but I managed to take care of the situation however need for us to act on the same. Log book coming up soon.
VITAL INSTALLATION
All have been seen and are intact and need for us to replace the broken grass pens.
