Monday: Nyenyezie
Today we saw 299 patients at Nyenyezie — a new township that we just started visiting last year.
We set up the clinic behind a large roadside market. It was a breezy day, so reddish dust clouds swirled around and coated everything.
Karen and Gil joined us in the afternoon after returning from their mandatory meetings in the capital.
The first clinic is always the hardest, as each new team learns the ropes. By the end, though, we found our stride, and worked into the night under car lights and head lamps until we had seen everyone.
