Crab Fisherman
At Baluba, the medical clinic was spread out over the entire schoolyard. We had the doctors outside under a tree, and the rest of the clinic in the last school building. As I went inside, I heard someone call out behind me, “You wouldn’t want to take a picture of this?”
As I turned around, I saw a tall man wearing a green and black striped shirt and polished sandals. He held up a green mesh bag and set it on the window pane. He then reached into the sack, and, much to my surprise, pulled out a crab for me to inspect.
He was quite delighted for me to take a picture of one of his crabs, and he set it on the ground right there for me to “snap” this picture.
