A Roof Over Karen Fundraiser
“Little Karen” from Baluba’s house is falling apart.

With your help, OMNI plans to build Karen a new brick home. We’ve started a special fundraiser to replace the structure, and we urgently need your support.
We hope that Karen will be another OMNI success story. In 2006, Karen was near death and brought to the OMNI medical clinic. She was suffering from starvation and severe dehydration. OMNI rushed her to the hospital, where they had to shave her hair to start an IV. Since then, Karen and her grandmother visit OMNI every year. This year, OMNI started supporting her education, paying for her tuition, and providing her with food.
We literally need a new roof and walls for Karen and her family. The need is dire because the house is not stable and could collapse at any moment. Next week begins the rainy season, and the house may not withstand those storms.
Karen lives with her grandmother and six other children. OMNI sponsors her school and food. Together we can make a difference to Karen and her family. Please consider being a part of this building project.
