Wheelchair Delivered
We were able to successfully raise funds for a wheelchair for Taona.
Taona is an especially bright child that can already read and speak English. He does not have use of his legs, and, because of his disability would not be able to attend school at all.
We had several supporters donate money through the OMNI website, Facebook, and offline so that not only were we able to purchase a wheelchair for Taona, but OMNI also paid his uniform and school fees.
Taona will be going to a special school for children with disabilities – this is an opportunity he would not have otherwise without this wheelchair.
