EVENTS OF THE YEAR 2017

During the year OMNI school achieved the following:

1. The Ministry of General Education approved 8th grade class starting January 2018, and this class will have 40 students.
2. OMNI School will soon be hiring two new teachers.
3. OMNI School purchased two mobile labs for the basic school level to use for experiments and examinations.
4. OMNI School conducted the 7th grade graduation ceremony with Ndola Rotary President as the guest of honor.
5. OMNI School purchased 75 desks for the grade eight classroom block which is under construction.
6. OMNI School provided a hot meal for the students throughout the year.
7. OMNI School provided food through the home feeding program.
8. OMNI Management paid all salaries to the members of staff throughout the year.
9. OMNI School completed the construction of a 1 x 3 classroom block and another classroom block is at 98% completion.
10. OMNI Management hired two additional staff members as cooks.
11. OMNI Medical team conducted free medical clinics for the people of Zambia.
12. OMNI School purchased 200 chickens (layers) for the school.
13. OMNI Staff maintained the vegetable fields.
14. OMNI School provided mosquito nets for all students and staff members.
