School Report: Break
Dear Karen,
All has been very well at school. The students finished writing their end of year assessments and their general performance was very good. The students’ performance will determine who proceeds to the next grade level next year.
Only 22 out 29 students will proceed to 7th grade while the 7 have to remain in 6th grade next year. I will let you know how many in the other grades will proceed or remain.
School has gone on recess today and will resume on Monday the 9th day of January 2017. The teaching staff will be planning for the coming year to see how best we can help these wonderful children academically.
I have already started entering data for next year’s national examinations.
The adult women’s literacy class is also going on recess till January 9, 2017.
