Clarius Portable Ultrasound
Monday 7/8/19: I wasn’t sure how utilized the Clarius handheld ultrasound was going to be on the first day of the Zambian mission trip, until it was used by me, and requested by two other medical physicians, one an internist and the other an ob/gyn. It wasn’t long before I was confirming normal live intrauterine pregnancies, finding a splenic mass within an enlarged spleen (photo 1), and a complex right ovarian mass (photo 2).
