The Ministry of education has given our school a grant amounting to K2,142.68 and the school committee has decided that we channel this money towards purchase of textbooks.<\/p>\n<p>Next week teachers will start assessing students in the end of term tests.<\/p>\n<p>The sweaters are ready, what should we do?<\/p>\n<p>Attendance<\/p>\n<p>Grade 1<br \/>\nTotal is 30, 13 boys and 17 girls respectively. Average attendance is 27. Chilongo, Violet and Mary have rash while Asiatu has malaria.<\/p>\n<p>Grade 2<br \/>\nTotal is 31, 13 boys and 18 girls. Average attendance is 28. Atinas has malaria while Catherine has a stomachache.<\/p>\n<p>Alice, a girl with seizures has been asked to stay home for treatment until when she will be fit to be in school.<\/p>\n<p>Grade 3<br \/>\nTotal is 29, 15 boys and 14 girls. Average attendance is 27.<\/p>\n<p>Eric has moved to a different place.<\/p>\n<p>Grade 4<br \/>\nTotal is 29, 16 boys and 13 girls. Average attendance is 28.<\/p>\n<p>Grade 5<br \/>\nTotal is 32, 13 boys and 19 girls respectively. Average attendance is 26. Blessing, Jonathan, Melinda have fever and headaches. Justine is still having seizures.<\/p>\n<p>Grade 6<br \/>\nTotal is 30, 19 boys and 11 girls. Average attendance is 27. Simeon has a headache.<\/p>\n<p>Elizabeth has stopped coming to school. I made a follow up but there is no improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Grade 7<br \/>\nTotal is 26, 15 boys and 11 girls respectively.
