Dear Karen,<\/p>\n

Week 2 was very good. There was an improvement in attendance.<\/p>\n

Grade 1.
\nTotal is 29, of which 12 are boys and 17 are girls respectively. The average attendance was 26.<\/p>\n

Grader 2.
\nTotal is 28, 14 boys and 14 girls. Average attendance is 25.<\/p>\n

Grade 3.
\nTotal is 29, 18 boys and 11 girls respectively. Average attendance was 26.<\/p>\n

Grade 4.
\nTotal is 32, 12 boys and 20 girls. Average attendance was 29.<\/p>\n

Grade 5.
\nTotal is 30, 17 boys and 13 girls. Average attendance was 23. Florence has not yet reported.<\/p>\n

Grade 6.
\nTotal is 28, 17 boys and 11 girls respectively. Average attendance was 27.<\/p>\n

Grade 7.
\nTotal is 22, 10 boys and 12 girls respectively. Average attendance was 20.<\/p>\n

I’ve introduced Kelvin to the district education office in charge of examinations. We collected the register for 7th graders from the ministry of education office. The national exams starts on 12th October and end on 16th October 2015. All is set, just waiting for the actual date.<\/p>\n

I’ve assigned teachers with some assessment tasks which they need to carry out. These tasks will help me assess them when we come to see their performance in my absence. <\/p>\n

The food has been purchased to see them through November. <\/p>\n

Yesterday, the 7th graders had their education tour to Nsobe game camp. They learned about wild and some domestic animals. Reptiles, birds, impalas, giraffes, zebras and many more. Thanks once more for all the support.<\/p>\n

On our way back, we had a breakdown with the truck.<\/p>\n
