Reference is made from the above mentioned captioned subject matter. I have to report to you that:<\/p>\n

Next week Monday the 1st of December, 2014 is the day set for general meeting to mark the end of the year 2014, In which we will discuss the achievements made so far, strengths, weakness, focus for the incoming year 2015, in which we have to look at improvements and how best we can achieve the goals and objectives of OMNI.<\/p>\n

PROJECTS
\n\"\"<\/a> \"\"<\/a>
\nThe painting project is going on very well, with the first coating painter already on all the buildings that is the guardroom, Cafeteria, building one and the small building at the hope tower. The painting project will be completed next week by Thursday, 2014.<\/p>\n

The chicken and garden projects are doing fine; both have continued to produce eggs and fresh vegetables to our pupils.<\/p>\n

Need for your approval to start expanding the chicken House to increase on the eggs production for the school and the community. We can digger a foundation behind the chicken House and then need bricks and la some number of bags of cement, a few stone and sand.<\/p>\n

Need for us to start building a wall in front of the new Kitchen as you instructed last business trip, from the look of thing on the ground the kitchen is almost done and Don said that Rotary will now be coming for the official handover ceremony at the date to be communicated.<\/p>\n

We will commence building Karen\u2019s House in Baluba by Tuesday next week as we had a challenge of transporting Sand and stone to Baluba from George compound as they do not sale in Baluba. Pictures will be sent to you after doing some work and I would estimate the time of completion to just a week.
\nTomorrow will start receiving the receipts and financial lodge for the past four months. apologies for the delay as I have being in and out of office, Paying salaries and doing purchases for the school and trying to get everything done before Teddy goes to school.<\/p>\n

Transport
\nBoth the canter and Hilux are still in good condition and are serviceable.<\/p>\n
