Grade One
\nAverage attendance this week is 26 out of 30 about 87% with only one reported sick Sungi who is vomiting and shivering.<\/p>\n
Grade two
\nAverage attendance this week is 23 out of 32 about 72% all are reported to be in good health.<\/p>\n
Grade Three
\nAverage attendance this week is 24 out of 33 about 74% with two reported sick Lackson who has a fever and he has been taken to the clinic for treatment and Majory who has malaria and receiving medication.<\/p>\n
Grade Four
\nAverage attendance is 17 out of 28 about 61% all are in good health.<\/p>\n
Grade Five
\nAverage attendance is 25 out of 31 about 79% with Gilbert reported sick suspected malaria and he is receiving treatment.<\/p>\n
Grade Six
\nAverage attendance this week is 21 out of 26 about 81% and all are reported to be in good health.<\/p>\n
Grade Seven
\nAverage attendance is 20 out of 23 about 87% all are reported to be in good health.<\/p>\n
This attendance is being affected by the heavy rains.<\/p>\n
WELFARE OF STAFF MEMBERS<\/p>\n
Welfare of staff members is reported fair together with their family members except Fortune who is sick and on malarial treatment.<\/p>\n
The general work performance is good with all members of staff with an appropriate attitude towards work and all have signed the 2014 contracts and have since been taken to the labour office for approval and attestation.<\/p>\n
The general workers are requesting for a new uniform as the for ones that they are using are worn out.<\/p>\n
The Bore Hole project is in progress and the contractor has confirmed that the material will start coming on site this afternoon.<\/p>\n
FARMING PROJECT\/CHICKEN HOUSE
\nOur fresh vegetable garden is doing very fine and has continued to supply us with vegetables for both the staff and the children.<\/p>\n
We made a down payment for the Chickens and will be on site on the 18th February, 2014. Material was purchased for the completion of the chicken House.<\/p>\n
GARAGE<\/p>\n
We are making steady progress on the garage as we are doing the final touches with plastering completed both in and outside. The next step now is to be the painting of the Garage.<\/p>\n
TRANSPORT<\/p>\n
Both the canter and Hilux are in very good condition and serviceable. <\/p>\n
VITAL INSTALLATION<\/p>\n
ALL have been seen and are intact with only two windows remaining to be fixed and the boy\u2019s toilet for the MHEW that has continued to give us problems and efforts to fixing the problem is being made. This was as a result of a less than poorly Job that was done by the plumber during construction.<\/p>\n
