School Report – Reading Competition Students

Dear Karen,

All school programs are going on well. Our school participated in the zonal reading competition and faired so well. 2 students from our school have been selected to represent our zone in the reading competition district level. The two are; Mbewe a 2nd grader and Bright, a 4th grader. There will be need for the school to provide transport and food for the 2 students and the teacher who’ll accompany them.

Attendance
Grade 1
Total is 40, 16 boys and 24 girls. Average attendance is 35.
Grade 2
Total is 33, 14 boys and 19 girls. Average attendance is 29.
Grade 3
Total is 29, 13 boys and 16 girls. Average attendance is 26.
Grade 4
Total is 31, 16 boys and 15 girls. Average attendance is 28.
Grade 5,
Total is 33, 18 boys and 15 girls. Average attendance is 28.
Grade 6
Total is 34, 15 boys and 19 girls. Average attendance is 30. Mirriam and Kanyika have stomach ache and fever respectively.
Grade 7
Total is 20, 13 boys and 7 girls respectively.

Gift (teacher) is feeling much better and reported for work the whole week.
