School Report

Dear Karen,

School resumed on Monday 19th, June 2017 after a two weeks break. The students are so happy to be back in school again after a short break.
Attendance

Grade 1
Total is 40, 16 boys and 24 girls, average attendance is 37.

Grade 2
Total is 33, 14 boys and 19 girls, average attendance is 31. Christopher has a wound on his leg.
Chisela has left and has since been replaced by Mary, aged 9 years old, single orphan.

Grade 3
Total is 29, 13 boys and 16 girls. average attendance is 26. Allan has a headache.
Kasenge has gone on transfer.

Grade 4
Total is 31, 16 boys and 15 girls. average attendance is 28.

Grade 5
Total is 33, 18 boys and 15 girls. average attendance is 29.

Grade 6
Total is 34, 15 boys and 19 girls. average attendance is 30. Violet has a neck pain.

Grade 7
Total is 20, 13 boys and 7 girls respectively. average attendance is 19.

Our students today went for an interschool reading competition consisting of 10 schools. The results will be announced next week.

Carol Mwenya had a baby and is on maternity leave. In this regard, we’ve therefore hired a part-time teacher to cover for her during her leave.

The two patients we visited in Mansansa both died early this week and have since been buried.
