May School Term

Dear Karen,

The school which closed on 20th April 2018 opened on Monday May 14 2018. Most of the students have reported, only a few have not yet reported. Term two will run for 13 weeks, from Monday 14th of May up to Friday August 10 2018.

All the teachers are sound and healthy. The new teachers are also catching up with our system. Every one is ready to receive and work with you in the mobile clinics.

Kelvin is teaching the grade 1
Marcel is teaching the grade 2
Gift is teaching the grade 3
Ruth is teaching the grade 4
Pauline is teaching the grade 5
Lyness is teaching the grade 6 and
Sydney is teaching the grade 7.

At the upper section, we have :
Ms Mpamba as head of section who teaches English, Business studies
Stephen teaches Mathematics and Geography
Kelvin teaches integrated science and computer studies
Eunice teaches History and civic education and
Prince teaches Agriculture science and icibemba

Attendance
Grade 1
The average attendance was 37 of 40.

Grade 2
The average attendance was 32 of 39. Carol is admitted in Kitwe central hospital because of an eye problem. She has been having problems with her sight because of her eye, so when she went for a holiday in kitwe, she started experiencing pain and was taken to hospital. Am told that the doctor from the eye clinic will see on Tuesday.

Grade 3
The average attendance was 27 of 33. Mary has a headache, fever, and is also vomiting.

Grade 4
The average attendance was 27 of 27. Catherine has a headache.

Grade 5
The average attendance was 24 of 31.

Grade 6
The average attendance was 24 of 31.

Grade 7
The average attendance was 30 of 34.

Grade 8
The average attendance was 21 of 41.

Some students have not yet reported.
