Journey to the OMNI School
Update from Jane Lillian Vance
The 2019 Medical Mission Team team left from Washington D.C on Friday, July 5th.
On the long travel to Zambia, the team stops overnight in Johannesburg, South Africa, and bonds over dinner. Dr. Henry Maicki, retired OB-GYN doc from Michigan celebrated his 81st birthday with us and gave an inspirational talk about his decades of working in Zambia with the very ill and destitute.
On Sunday, we were welcomed by the Orphan Medical Network International children and their amazing teachers.
