End of School Session
Dear Karen,
The school will resume on Monday 13th May 2019. However, the examination classes, grades sevens and nines, will continue learning for the next two weeks before breaking.
Teachers will take turns in teaching these examination classes during this recess period.
The ministry of education is advocating for subject specialization at primary level.
Previously, at primary level teachers used to teach all the subjects, now they will only be teaching specific subjects in which one is very good. This has made us to revise even our timetables.
Attendance
The general attendance for the whole school was excellent. All the students reported for classes during the week and managed to write their end of term one assessments. Their overall performance was very good also. The teachers also discharged their duties diligently.
