Making a Difference with T-Shirts and Fleece
Hats, Bags, and Blankets
Special thanks to the sewing group from Owatonna, MN, that makes the OMNI School bags, bandages for our medical clinics, and hats for the communities of Ndola.

Lead by Denise Woodrich (back row, striped shirt), the group creates beautiful hats, blankets, and bags that are distributed at the medical clinics and through the OMNI School.

The group makes bandages from common white t-shirts. Each shirt is carefully cut into perfect strips of cloth that are used to dress wounds at the medical clinics. The cloth bandages work perfectly and are an economical way to create the masses of bandages needed each year.
